01 / What it does today
Dictation becomes a structured clinical note enriched with the patient’s context, reviewed and signed by the provider, with a co-sign queue and batch signing.
Scheduling with care-stage classification, arrival and check-in, a unified inbox with tasks, and encrypted real-time messaging aware of care-team roles.
Claims, denials, and a superbill pre-filled from the signed note, so the clinical record and the billing record agree.
NCCN Query is embedded, so a cited guideline answer can be consulted and recorded alongside labs, vitals, medications, problems, and allergies.
02 / Evidence and accountability
A note carries the patient context it was written against: medications, problems, and recent encounters at the time. Guideline answers consulted from the chart keep their citations. Signatures, co-signatures, and billing codes are recorded with who entered them and when.
Access is governed by role at the interface layer, not by convention. Seven roles are provided, from provider to patient, and every record is scoped to its practice, so a multi-practice deployment keeps each practice’s data separate.
Web and mobile share one record structure, so the chart reads the same wherever the care team works.
03 / What the clinician reviews
04 / Who it serves
A patient portal with secure messaging, appointment views, and access to documents.
Community oncology practices and groups that want documentation, operations, and billing in one oncology-specific record with guideline evidence at hand.
A record that already holds the clinical context and the cited evidence a coverage review needs, available without re-typing.
Standards-based interoperability (FHIR, HL7) is planned but not available today; integrations currently run through our own interfaces.
